Formatting
Phenolic resin bonded Phenolic resin bonded Cold-Box process with automatic mixers. Quartz, chromite and magnolite sand are used in the production process. Cabinet moulding is used for the production of individual products, for larger quantities, and for medium batch production without cabinets.
Steel production
With a capacity of 2 TONS per crucible, the induction furnace can be used to produce a wide range of steels.
Plant cleaning; heat treatment
In order to achieve the right surface quality, we use steel wire-grit gritters, wet and dry vibratory grinders. And to ensure mechanical values, we use automatically controlled heat treatment furnaces. Stress relief; annealing; normalising; hardening; tempering; tempering; refining. After heat treatment, a heat treatment chart is provided in each case. Dimensions of our heat treatment furnaces:Kemence I. 3300 x 2100 x 2800 / 40T

The production of these products is carried out in joint cooperation between our plants:
- Moulding plant (sand moulding of the products to be manufactured)
- Dyeing plant (sand moulds are dyed and assembled in a heat-resistant way)
- Steel making plant (2 2.5t melting furnaces melt steel and required alloying agent to 1700°C, then drain into ladle and tap into scheduled moulds)
- Heat treatment plant (heat treatment and hardening of castings in 2 heat treatment furnaces)
- Cleaning plant (heat treated products are processed and the finished product is prepared)
- Our materials testing laboratory (they qualify the product to determine its compliance with quality requirements)
The finished cast product is delivered to our structural plant for machining, so that we can deliver a finished product to our customers with a higher level of quality.
