This information is the Data Management Policy of the operator of the website elektromontoring.hu (hereinafter referred to as the Website) (hereinafter referred to as the Operator), which contains basic information on the management, processing and recording of the personal data of visitors to the Website (hereinafter referred to as the User), as well as the rights of Users in this regard and the possibilities of enforcing them.

The data management policy complies with the legislation on data management. It has been developed taking into account the provisions of the following legislation:

3. Legal basis, scope, purpose and duration of the data processed

3.1. Legal basis for processing

Voluntary consent of the users pursuant to Article 5 of Act CXII of 2011 on the Right of Informational Self-Determination and Freedom of Information.

3.2. Scope of the data processed

The User is not required to provide any information to use the Website.

During the use of the Website, the IP address of the User’s computer, the start and end times of the visit and, in some cases, depending on the User’s computer settings, the type of browser and operating system are recorded. These data are automatically logged by the system. The Operator does not link the data in the log file with other personal data. The Operator uses this data solely for the purpose of improving the website.

In the Message box on the Website, the Operator provides the User with the possibility to send a message about any matter related to the Website or its content or the services provided. When sending a message, the User must provide his/her name, e-mail address and telephone number.

By sending a message, the User voluntarily consents to the processing of his/her data.

The Website may place cookies on the User’s browsing device in order to facilitate the identification of the User and his/her further visit, which the User will be informed of when he/she first accesses the Website.

Cookies are placed on the User’s own browsing device, so it is the User who has full control over them. The data provided by the User will be used and processed by the Operator solely for the purpose of providing a higher level of service to Users, in particular in the following areas:

  • to respond to your questions and requests for quotation on the Website, and to clarify them later, if necessary
  • to improve the content and services of the Website
  • to further optimise the Website to make it more relevant to the needs of its Users

The data provided by the User is recorded by the Operator in an internal register, which is accessible only to the Operator’s employees. The Operator will not use the data for any purpose other than those stated above. Personal data will only be transferred to third parties with the prior and informed consent of the user. This does not apply to any data transfers that may be required by law.

3.4. Duration of processing

The data provided by the User (name, e-mail address, telephone number) shall be handled by the Operator until the User exercises the possibility to delete the data; or in case of a negative response of the User to the offer received from the Operator, the Operator shall delete the data provided without delay.

Messages received via the website can also be recorded and stored in the Replies module in the admin, depending on the settings. The storage period of this data is 12 months, after which the data will be automatically deleted from the system.

4. Data security measures

The data is stored by the Operator on dedicated servers installed in the server room of Maxer.hu in Hungary, protected by security.

This Website is https certified, ensuring that messages sent by the User through the site cannot be intercepted.

5. Possibility to amend the privacy policy

The Operator reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy. The Operator will publish the current valid Data Management Notice on the Website. You must check the Website from time to time to ensure that you are aware of any changes.

6. Rights of the data subject

Users may request information about the processing of their data, request the processing of their data, request the correction or deletion of their personal data at the contact details of the Data Controller. The Operator will carry out the correction or deletion within 5 working days of receipt.

Users may object to the processing of their personal data in the cases provided for by applicable laws.
