Our company has outstanding expertise and experience in the design, manufacture and assembly of custom machines and their full commissioning.

Our main profile focuses on the production of welded steel structures, ranging from 1 tonne to 60 tonnes.

High level of production capacity and technology
  • Separate welding and assembly areas of 6000 m2,
  • With designs suitable for series and custom production,
  • Equipped with state-of-the-art Lorch, Fronius welding machines and their accessories,
  • State-of-the-art measuring tools using FARO laser tracker.
Our production areas are equipped with 50-tonne bridge cranes and 2-tonne slewing jibs. For large-scale production, we use rotating equipment and welding templates.

The production of these products is carried out in joint cooperation between our plants:
  • Cutting plant: (laser cutters, plasma cutters, flame cutters and band saws) cut board components to size.
  • Plate forming plant (edge benders, plate rollers, presses) provide the parts to be assembled.
  • A surface treatment plant (degreaser, grit blaster, paint booth) carries out surface cleaning and corrosion protection of components and finished products up to 50 tonnes.
  • Locksmith and Welding plant performs the production of products from parts to finished welding up to 50 tons.
  • Turning shop (CNC portal milling machine, centre lathe, flat lathe, horizontal boring mill) for parts and welded structures up to 50 tons.
Installation, test run

Whether it is a custom machine of our own design or manufactured according to the documentation provided by our partners, we can assemble and test the equipment in sub-assemblies of up to 50t, taking advantage of our 10 m lifting capacity.

Our reference projects range from the trial operation of lifting equipment for the Prague Opera stage to the frame structures of cement works, steel mills, process equipment and mobile crushing equipment.

Overall, we provide a small view of our process chain, which is implemented using the ABAS production management system.
